Monday - Friday | 9am - 6pm Saturday | 9am - 12pm Chosen Day Delivery Hertfordshire: Next working day, or your chosen delivery date. (Please choose your delivery date via the calendar at checkout, should you need to make a change please contact us via email orders@houseofleonard.co.uk or WhatsApp.) Though we cannot guarantee a specific arrival time, if you have a preference for morning or afternoon delivery, please let us know at orders@houseofleonard.co.uk and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

We hand-deliver within all of Hertfordshire, please see below for a list of postcodes we serve. ALL Hertfordshire Postcodes : AL, CM, EN, HP, LU, SG, WD If you are outside of our delivery zone please contact us orders@houseofleonard.co.uk and we will do our best to help you.

Chosen Day Delivery: Free

We hand deliver to guarantee your flowers arrive in perfect condition. No boxes, no couriers—just your bouquet, packaged beautifully and delivered with care, exactly as it was designed. By delivering personally, we preserve the artistry of every arrangement—its shape, fragrance, and delicate details—so it reaches you looking as beautiful as when it left our studio.

We will endeavour to deliver to the recipient however if no one is at home, your bouquet may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
