  • We cannot accept liability for deliveries rejected by reception desks, concierge teams, or alternative recipients

Incorrect Delivery Information

We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

7. Returns, Refunds & Order Issues

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are generally not accepted.


However, your satisfaction is important to us.

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if:

  • Your flowers arrive damaged

  • Part of your order is missing

  • You believe the flowers are poor quality

You may be asked to provide photographs for assessment.

Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
